IKD 106.1 FM is the foremost full-fledged community radio station in Lagos State. Officially launched in March, 2021 by His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Lagos State, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the evident vision of the media outfit invoked the pleasures of Mr. Governor as it reflects an outstanding initiative towards the fulfilment of all that borders on uplifting Lagos, uniting her diverse and bubbly people while also catering to the representation needs of the wonderful people of Ikorodu.
